What Will You Learn?

This comprehensive course aims to support you as you’re introduced to the core skills and concepts used in CBT, helping you to grow in knowledge and confidence.

You’ll examine how CBT principles can be applied to better understand and manage obstacles like low mood, anxiety, and anger, allowing you to gain personal insight or to support others in a non-clinical context.

If you're already working in a supportive, caring, or coaching role, this course will contribute toward your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and can be a meaningful step in your learning journey.

Please note: This is a knowledge-based course and does not qualify you to practise as a cognitive behavioural therapist. It is intended as an ideal introduction for those considering further training, and will help you make an informed decision about whether this field is for you. If you're interested in pursuing a professional career in CBT, we recommend undertaking accredited clinical training and gaining hands-on experience under appropriate supervision.
