Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

Can I pay in instalments?
The Grow annual membership is not offered in an instalment plan, the amazing discounts are available because of the annual commitment to the subscription.
You can however sign up to the Grow monthly membership at a slight premium, which allows you access to 1 month’s worth of benefits at a time rather than the annual benefits upfront.
We do offer a payment instalment plan for courses purchased individually.
Can I use my Grow membership via the app?
Yes, all of your Grow courses are accessible within the app while you have an active Grow subscription. Initially it will not be possible to redeem Grow credits via the Android app, but this can be done via the website (even by mobile browser) and will immediately be reflected in your app learning centre.
Can GROW credits be gifted to other students?
No, GROW credits must be redeemed in your own account only to stay connected to the subscription purchased.
