Role Requirements

  • Represent the Centre of Excellence brand, conveying our USP’s in line with our values and award-winning reputation.
  • Efficiently acquire a complete and comprehensive understanding of our offerings and mutual value.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends our global reach.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Generate opportunities through networking, business contacts and attending events. As well as digital channels like LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and loyalty.
  • Strong communication skills. You will enjoy communicating opportunities to businesses, winning their buy-in and getting your vision across to ensure successful delivery.
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of the CRM system.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience within a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
  • Clear ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects.

Operations Manager

Role Requirements:

  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for staff utilisation and productivity against agreed KPIs.
  • Analysis of operational data to create and present recommendations for strategic and operational changes and improvements.
  • Drive the business to increased profits through analysis of process and productivity.
  • Weekly reporting to the CEO on business performance metrics and sales KPIs.
  • Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting/resolving any issues.
  • Ensure the quality of customer service is of the highest of standards.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the business through a solution-focused approach.
  • Translate feature or process change requests into actionable tasks for completion.
  • Intelligent planning and management of staff time to deliver the best outcome.
  • Management of the administration function ensuring workflows and agreed KPIs are adhered to.
  • Conduct employee monthly one to ones and set KPIs for each member of staff.
  • Keeping employees motivated and organise any appropriate training.
  • Keeping on top of regulatory requirements to ensure the business is protected.
  • Identifying resource requirements and assisting with the recruitment of new talent to the business, through application vetting and interviews where required.
