Social Media & Content Manager

We are currently on the lookout for an ambitious Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. This role requires a real creative/ideas person who is capable of influencing audiences by delivering creative messaging across a variety of Social Channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales
  • Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Whatsapp, WeChat, Quora etc.
  • Take a data led approach to decisions, providing in-depth understanding of day to day performance across all key channels
  • Provide actionable recommendations on performance reports and insights generated, to help inform and optimise strategy across all channels, including Paid Social, SEO, Paid Search, Email and the Blog
  • Develop and manage competitions, promotions and engagement campaigns
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and customer support teams to resolve any issues quickly
  • Write engaging posts and articles
  • Create engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Manage and facilitate our social media community group by responding to social media posts and developing discussions. Approve posts, run competitions and provide support and motivation to all learners in our social media community.
  • Developing product launch campaigns for social media for new course releases.
  • Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Agora Pulse and Google Analytics
  • Keeping abreast of new and emerging social media advances
  • Measuring the performance of the social media channels against KPIs

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Experienced in defining social media and content strategies (more than 3 years)
  • Knowledge of how to take complex products and translate into engaging content
  • Experienced in managing social communities and delivering best-in-class social customer service, working with customer service teams
  • Excellent written English and social copywriting experience
  • Excellent programme management skills and can-do attitude, with ability to multitask across a range of product launches and partnership opportunities with effective reporting of key developments to all stakeholders.
  • High customer focus and ability to communicate effectively, inspire and influence
  • A flair for innovation with no task is beneath you and new challenges are actively sought out

Operations Manager

Role Requirements:

  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for staff utilisation and productivity against agreed KPIs.
  • Analysis of operational data to create and present recommendations for strategic and operational changes and improvements.
  • Drive the business to increased profits through analysis of process and productivity.
  • Weekly reporting to the CEO on business performance metrics and sales KPIs.
  • Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting/resolving any issues.
  • Ensure the quality of customer service is of the highest of standards.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the business through a solution-focused approach.
  • Translate feature or process change requests into actionable tasks for completion.
  • Intelligent planning and management of staff time to deliver the best outcome.
  • Management of the administration function ensuring workflows and agreed KPIs are adhered to.
  • Conduct employee monthly one to ones and set KPIs for each member of staff.
  • Keeping employees motivated and organise any appropriate training.
  • Keeping on top of regulatory requirements to ensure the business is protected.
  • Identifying resource requirements and assisting with the recruitment of new talent to the business, through application vetting and interviews where required.
