Year 5 English

The Year 5 English Course will increase your child’s confidence in a range of different areas within the British Year 5 English Curriculum, including how to use different types of punctuation and grammar; how to tackle tricky spellings; how to read and understand different texts; how to be a sophisticated and interested reader; and finally, how to apply writing skills and techniques.

In addition, your child will also learn about a broad range of subject areas, covering engaging topics from the science, history and geography curriculums, including rainforests, the Vikings, festivals, explorers, water, the seaside, health, novel writing, poetry, and the solar system.
