What Will You Learn?

Children and younger teenagers who are interested in food, or who would like to make healthier choices, will benefit most from this course. They will be empowered to make their own choices based on the latest information and to seek out healthy choices as they become more independent when making their own decisions about food.

Children will be encouraged to become more involved in cooking, shopping and planning meals, and children who are growing a little older and becoming teenagers will be equipped with essential knowledge on how to fuel and heal their growing bodies at this crucial time.
