Who Would Benefit from the Course?

The Alexander Technique is an easy-to-use and practical method of improving the way you move. It is designed to ease pains, bring freedom of movement, and increase balance and coordination.With this in mind, it is perfect for suffers of bodily pains caused by bad posture or other poor movement habits.

You can use what you have learned from studying this course to help clients, as a practitioner. You will also learn how you can go about taking your education further, should you wish to become a registered Alexander Technique Teacher.

Accreditations

The Alexander Technique Diploma Course will take you up to 150 hours to complete working from home. There is no time limit for completing this course, it can be studied in your own time at your own pace.

This course is certified by the IANLPC (International Association of NLP & Coaching) and the IAHT (International Alliance of Holistic Therapists), both of which are internationally recognised organisations. The IAHT certify personal development, health, fitness and nutrition courses.
