You won't just understand these things in theory. The course gives you practical drills and cues that actually work, so you leave with a felt sense of both.

Once the foundations are solid, this course shows you how to keep developing without losing the quality that makes Pilates worthwhile. You'll learn the signs that an exercise is ready to progress, how to safely increase the challenge and how to manage plateaus and self-correct without a teacher watching over your shoulder.
You'll also learn how to bring Pilates into daily life, understanding how it supports posture, eases a stiff or aching back, relieves tension in the neck and shoulders and helps you feel more grounded when stress levels are high.
