The course begins by answering the most common questions around face yoga—what it is, how it works, and the powerful benefits it offers for both appearance and overall wellbeing.
From there, you’ll be guided through an essential understanding of the skin and facial muscles. You’ll explore the three layers of the skin, the causes of skin ageing, and how gravity impacts facial contours over time. You’ll also get to know the key muscles of the face and their specific roles, along with the two main types of wrinkles and what contributes to their formation.
As with any form of physical activity, proper warm-ups and cool-downs are important. You’ll learn why these steps matter in facial exercise and how to perform them safely and effectively.
The course then takes you area by area through targeted face yoga exercises—covering the forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, neck, and jawline. For each section, you’ll explore the most common concerns and how to address them using simple, guided techniques. Clear, step-by-step instructions are provided throughout, and you’ll have access to supporting videos to help you master more advanced moves.
