What Will You Learn?

Ancient Greece was a civilisation that dominated much of the Mediterranean region thousands of years ago. Though its pre-eminence came to pass around 146 BCE, so forward-thinking were the ancient Greeks that their influence continues to this day.

The Greek civilisation was one of the earliest to contribute to the advancement of human life across all areas—politics, religion, arts, science and our understanding of the world and universe.

Indeed, few cultures have left a legacy with such lasting ideas as democracy, philosophy, the architectural orders, dramatic structure, numerous scientific theories and the Olympic Games. Few others have impacted our values and sense of self as deeply as the ancient Greeks.
