As your understanding of goddesses increases, the course guides you through practical ways you can connect with them. You’ll explore prayer and meditation, altars, spirit writing, drawing and channelling, and dedications and offerings.

The role of the divine feminine and goddesses extends beyond this however, as you explore the impact they can have on your everyday life, through your body, heart and mind. The course looks at body issues in modern society, how to honour, love and take care of your body, and celebrate your sexuality. It also looks at roles, perceptions, identities, cultural expectations, resistance to your gender or sex, and resistance to your power as a woman.
