We’re now looking for a passionate, people-focused Community Manager to help us support, engage, and grow our global learner community—and to connect us with influencers who share our mission to make a positive impact.

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the heart and voice of our community. You’ll help ensure every learner feels supported, inspired, and connected throughout their journey, while also expanding our reach through meaningful collaborations.
Nurture and manage our online learner community (Facebook Groups, study groups, online platform)
Create and schedule weekly community content to spark conversations, celebrate learners, and share value
Host or coordinate live community online events, challenges, Q&As, and spotlights
Listen to the community—gather feedback and pass insights to the wider team
Respond to questions, comments, and celebrate learner wins!
Identify and reach out to purpose-led influencers who align with our values
Build strong relationships and manage ongoing influencer collaborations
Support influencers with campaign planning, content ideas, and promotional assets
Help develop and grow our affiliate and ambassador programs
You’re a people person who loves creating uplifting, inclusive online spaces
You’ve managed or actively contributed to an online community, group, or social platform
You’re organised, creative, and confident writing friendly, inspiring content
You understand or have an interest in personal growth, wellbeing, or online learning
You’re familiar with influencer outreach or brand partnerships (or eager to learn)
You're proactive, positive, and genuinely enjoy making others feel supported and seen
Experience using tools like Canva
Knowledge of email marketing or social media engagement strategies
Previous experience with affiliate marketing or content collaboration
A purpose-driven brand making a real difference in the world
A warm, supportive team who genuinely care about people and growth

At Centre of Excellence, we’re on a mission to empower lives through transformative education – one course at a time. As our community continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented Content Executive to join our friendly and passionate team.
As our Content Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online. From scheduling engaging social media content to supporting video content creation, you’ll help us connect with our learners in inspiring, empowering, and impactful ways.
This is a full-time, remote role – so you can work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a vibrant and supportive digital team.
Planning, scheduling, and publishing captivating content across our social media channels
Creating long and short-form video content, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and promotional videos
Writing and editing content for email campaigns and social posts
Supporting social media and email admin tasks, including replying to comments/messages and segmenting email campaigns
Collaborating with our wider creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
Staying on top of trends and insights to help shape our content strategy
Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and tone of voice
Experience managing and scheduling content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Confidence with video creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Descript, Adobe tools, or similar)
A good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and digital storytelling
A proactive mindset – you're organised, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for education, well-being, or personal development is a big bonus!
