The Colour Reflexology Diploma Course introduces how this approach works, then delves into the body’s energy systems—from the seven chakras to the Meridian network—and explores how colour, light, and vibration are used within this holistic framework. You’ll learn the principles behind colour wavelengths, their attributed qualities, and how they integrate with reflexology.

You’ll be guided through essential reflexology zones and techniques adapted for colour reflexology. This includes how the practice may support areas of discomfort in a non-medical, complementary context, and how to conduct pre-treatment consultations, post-session guidance, and follow-up planning.

This Colour Reflexology Course is fully accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). On completion, you’ll be eligible to apply for CMA membership
