• The cultural history of cupping across Egypt, TCM, Hijama, and other traditions.

• Its modern applications in wellness, from sports recovery to general relaxation practices.

You'll also explore how cupping points correspond to different systems of the body, helping you understand where to place the cups.

Learn the Practice Step by Step

This course includes hands-on learning elements with video demonstrations to help you develop confidence and familiarity. You’ll be guided through how to safely prepare your equipment and workspace, with a focus on hygiene, contraindications, and essential safety protocols. The modules introduce you to different cupping methods and show you how to practise these techniques in ways that support relaxation and wellbeing. (To provide treatment, you must be a qualified massage therapist.)

Professional Awareness

Alongside the practical elements, you’ll also explore how cupping therapy is positioned in the modern wellness space. This includes learning about ethical practice, professional boundaries, and the importance of working with intention and safety in mind.
