Therefore, the second part of this section shows you how you can begin following a raw food diet by first making small changes to your diet and lifestyle over an initial 7-day period. The idea with this approach it that it will smoothly guide you onto a sustainable diet that you will continue to follow, rather than the type of yo-yo dieting that is best avoided. Here you will also find plenty of answers to all the questions you may have about living a raw food lifestyle.

30-Day Training Plan

To accompany the 30 Day Ultimate Raw Food Programme, we have also included a 30-Day Training Plan. Although it’s not necessary to follow this weight and exercise maintenance plan to enjoy the benefits of a raw food diet, doing so will significantly help you in your healthy living goals.
